Coffee Catering for Your Event
Fresh coffee, brewed on site, for weddings, church gatherings, car shows and company mornings around the Ozarks.

Good Coffee Makes Good Events
People remember whether the coffee was good. We bring the same coffee we roast and sell to your gathering, brewed fresh on site and poured by people who care how it tastes. We handle the setup, brewing, cups and cleanup so you can focus on your guests, whether it’s fifty people in a fellowship hall or a few hundred at an outdoor show.
How It Works
Inquire
Send us your date, location, guest count and the kind of event through the form below, and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Plan
We talk through timing, power and water access, how many stations you need, and whether you want hot, iced, or both.
We Set Up
We arrive ahead of start time to set up the station, brew, and make sure everything is ready before the first guest walks in.
Serve
We keep the carafes full and the line moving, and we’re happy to talk coffee with anyone curious about what’s in their cup.
Pack Out
When it’s over, we break down, haul out our trash, and leave your space the way we found it.

Built Around Your Event
Every event is a little different, so we put together a quote after we talk. Pricing depends on guest count, hours of service and travel.

How Much Coffee Do You Need?
A good rule of thumb for events of about two hours: plan on 1.5 cups (8 oz each) per guest. One gallon of brewed coffee fills about 16 cups. Morning events, cold weather, and long programs push that number up; evening receptions with other drinks bring it down.
| Guests | Cups (1.5 per guest) | Brewed Coffee |
|---|---|---|
| 25 | about 38 | about 2.5 gallons |
| 50 | 75 | about 5 gallons |
| 100 | 150 | about 9.5 gallons |
| 150 | 225 | about 14 gallons |
| 200 | 300 | about 19 gallons |
A few more tips: plan one serving station for every 75–100 guests so lines stay short, offer decaf for evening events (roughly a quarter of what you brew), and give us a heads-up about outlet access. Curious about the math behind a good cup? Read our guide to the coffee-to-water ratio.
