Spend $35 or more and shipping is on us anywhere we ship in the United States. Smaller orders ship at the rate calculated at checkout. No codes and no fine print; it applies automatically in your cart.

Roast-to-Ship Timing
We don’t pull coffee off a warehouse shelf. Your order is roasted, rested and packed before it heads out, so it arrives near its best. Here’s how it works:
Order Placed
Your order lands in our roasting queue. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.
Roasted & Rested
We roast often and let the coffee rest briefly so it can release carbon dioxide. Curious why? Read about coffee degassing.
Packed & Shipped
Most orders ship within 48 hours. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as the label is created.
Delivery Estimates
Once your package is on its way, most orders arrive within a few business days. Customers in Arkansas, Missouri and nearby states often see it sooner. Weather and holiday volume can add time, so plan ahead for gifts.

Local Pickup at the Farmers Market
Local pickup is coming with the 2027 farmers market season. Once we’re set up, you’ll be able to choose pickup at checkout and grab your order from our booth. Stay tuned on Facebook and Instagram for dates and updates.

Subscription Shipping
Subscriptions roast and ship on the schedule you choose, so fresh coffee shows up before your last bag runs dry. Orders of $35 or more ship free. You can pause, skip or change your address from your account before your next order processes. Set yours up on the subscribe page.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created. Can’t find the email? Check spam, then reach out with your order number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your box shows up crushed or never arrives, take a photo of any damage and contact us as soon as you can. We’ll handle the carrier and make it right.

Shipping Policy Terms
These terms apply to every order placed on sheppardscoffee.co. By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy.
- Business days: Processing and delivery times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday), not including major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, reshipping may cost extra, but we’ll work with you.
- Delivery confirmation: Once the carrier marks a package delivered, it is considered delivered. If it’s marked delivered but you didn’t get it, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
- Returned or refused packages: If a package comes back to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll reach out to sort it out.
- Changes to this policy: We may update this policy from time to time.
